CPUFriendFriend VS WhateverGreen

i hv old lagecy pc...x58 MB with X5670 Xeon CPU....Before i update to Monterey..i using Catalina in cpu C & P states i use CPUFriend.kext , CPUFriendDataProvider.kext and SSDT-DATA https://github.com/corpnewt/CPUFriendFriend

Waste of money. Optimize CPU power managemen using CPUFriendFriend instead.

Generate a CPUFriendDataProvider with CPUFriendFriend and put it in your kext folder alongside CPUFriend.kext

This should be the command line. $ git clone https://github.com/corpnewt/CPUFriendFriend.git $ cd CPUFriendFriend $ ./CPUFriendFriend.command

I also used CPUFriendFriend to generate the kext for power savings according to my liking. The idle power usage is <1W.

And finally, one last fix i needed to make all 3 screen working (before only 1 was working), was to replace the kexts with the newest version: https://github.com/acidanthera/WhateverGreen/releases

If so, refer yourself to Intel iGPU Patching guide and WhateverGreen patching manual.

I went to this site from the dortania opencore guide https://github.com/acidanthera/WhateverGreen/releases And I downloaded the 1.5.9 version I copy the kext file and I replace the old file with the new one in the kext folder.I have an amd gpu but I think there is hope.

Only other things I would check would be the BIOS settings. Otherwise you may need to work through the Frame buffer patching guide
