i hv old lagecy pc...x58 MB with X5670 Xeon CPU....Before i update to Monterey..i using Catalina in cpu C & P states i use CPUFriend.kext , CPUFriendDataProvider.kext and SSDT-DATA https://github.com/corpnewt/CPUFriendFriend

Waste of money. Optimize CPU power managemen using CPUFriendFriend instead.

Generate a CPUFriendDataProvider with CPUFriendFriend and put it in your kext folder alongside CPUFriend.kext

Take out the AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext. Add AirportItlwm.kext (if you have Intel Wifi) and IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext.
