There's a couple. For example CHOW Tape Model or SN03 Tape Recorder (the latter being Windows only).

What's the difference between Linear Phase EQ and Regular EQ?
It's not even a dynamics based effect, it's 'just' a stack of all-pass filters. I recreated the plugin (with some more extreme parameter ranges than the original) here a few days ago because someone wanted an open source version of the plugin.

JUCE - JUCE is an open-source cross-platform C++ application framework for desktop and mobile applications, including VST, VST3, AU, AUv3, LV2 and AAX audio plug-ins.
Band-Split-Delay - Band Split Delay plugin which will hopefully be released to the public one day. The aim of this plugin is to offer 3 bands each with their own reverb and delay settings. The inspiration for this came from FL Studio's Patcher, in which I've made this exact thing and it sounds awesome when paired with the right instruments.
