There's a couple. For example CHOW Tape Model or SN03 Tape Recorder (the latter being Windows only).

K-weighting curve on a digital console
I came quite close to success today myself. With this plugin https://github.com/utokusa/BiquadLimiter/ one can insert coefficients directly into the plugin and generate a filter, the only problem I wasn't able to solve is that the plugin accepts values from -2 to 2 and the ITU standard specifies b1= −2.69169618940638 for the high shelf.
What are some alternatives?

aeolus_plugin - Pipe organ synthesizer (VST plugin)
Band-Split-Delay - Band Split Delay plugin which will hopefully be released to the public one day. The aim of this plugin is to offer 3 bands each with their own reverb and delay settings. The inspiration for this came from FL Studio's Patcher, in which I've made this exact thing and it sounds awesome when paired with the right instruments.
