Teams Direct Message API with Power Automate
My post on sending Teams notifications using a webhook describes how to send a message to a channel using the Teams Notification API. We're going to use the same technique, but we're going to send an Adaptive Card instead of a plain message. I won't repeat the details of creating a webhook connector here, instead let's just focus on what we need to send to the API.

Learning MVVM, ViewModel getting too large and I don't know how to handle user inputs(from other window)
I would suggest using a library like http://www.mvvmlight.net to help with implementation of the MVVM pattern. I have used this in multiple commercial projects. Itβs lightweight and easy to use. I know MS also has Prism library which helps with MVVM development.
