Browser extensions spy on you, even if its developers don't
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardSDNSFilter
If you don't trust their DNS servers for whatever reason, you can simply add these entries to your hosts file to replicate their functionality locally.

Still need DNS
You don't really need AdGuard DNS in this setting, the filter it use is already included in the DNS blocking filter if you enable it, which you should, since this way DNS requests are filtered immediately instead of having to go all the way to the AdGuard DNS server every single time. Feel free to combine it with other DNS servers if you want, eg, maybe you find one that is faster/blocks malware better, etc. The requests then will only resolve if the adblocking filter doesn't block it and the DNS server also approve it.

AdGuard Filters Selection - iOS | For the one person who might find this useful.
Technically, not all rules in EasyList are included in AdGuard DNS, because some of the rules are URL patterns that can't be supported by DNS-based filtering.

Ad block test - what score do you get?
If you're asking what DNS filters I use on AGH, then it's a mixture of adblocking, security, and specific purpose. I'm using the standard AdGuard filter plus:

Where do you all get your DNS block lists from? Is there a public forum that has a list of them?
They are all here, sortable by syntaxe or software: https://filterlists.com/
- Blocking percentage is relatively low. Is it same for everyone or am i missing something?

App that detects shorts-format content overconsumption
1) I deleted youtube and similar apps from my phone 2) Switched default browser to firefox, and installed the uBlock origin extension 3) Searched for filter lists on https://filterlists.com/ that block YT shorts, YT recommendations etc., even hide the "Shorts" button.
- Are there any third party filter lists worth importing into uBlock?

Using FMovies(dot)to Redirected me to strange website
You 100% do not need 3 adblockers. uBlock Origin with sufficient filters and the right blocking mode is all you need.

I wish those anti-adblock pop ups were made illegal, carrying the death penalty.
ALUST is the first example that came to mind, don't discard my point because of that when filterlists.com is right there.

Based on various scientific studies, it takes at least 10-15 minutes for programmer to get back into the "zone" after an interruption. There are interesting resumption strategies for interrupted programming tasks.
There's also some mobile annoyances lists you can add. filterlists.com is a good place to start exploring.

Blocklist Syntax
You can just go to FilterLists and choose Pi-hole in the software column to see hundreds of options. Hell, if someone doesn't want to do any digging at all, they can even use the default aggregated blocklists from a service like Mullvad straight from their Github repository and call it a day. The whole thing is ridiculous. I don't get why anyone would limit themselves to one list on a flexible platform like Pi-hole, where they can easily pick a few carefully maintained lists and literally have the software aggregate those sources for them. The notion that Pi-hole isn't flexible is insane too, with regex easily filling in for AdBlock Plus syntax and the like.
What are some alternatives?
iOSAdblockList - Ultimate Host List for Mobile Adblockers (Focused on iOS)
pihole-regex - Custom regex filter list for use with Pi-hole.
PiHoleBlocklist - PiHole and AGH Blocklists
WindowsSpyBlocker - Block spying and tracking on Windows
adblock-nocoin-list - Block lists to prevent JavaScript miners
The Blocklist Project - These lists were created because the founder of the project wanted something with a little more control over what is being blocked. Many lists out there are all or nothing. We set out to create lists with more control over what is being blocked and believe that we have accomplished that.
uBlock-for-firefox-legacy - uBlock Origin for Firefox legacy-based browsers.
