Otherwise there's Arx Fatalis which is pretty much a spiritual sequel to Ultima Underworld. The game is 21 years old, but with Arx Libertatis installed on top it still holds up really well.

Just drag an image into the background, select a frame, zoom and pan to suit, and drag off a finished token. Is this from one of the Strength of Thousands pdfs? You can just use Token Tool or Photoshop or some other app to extract the clean images from the pdf.
