Luckily, such a solution exists called OpenZiti; I work on the project - https://docs.openziti.io/docs/learn/introduction/. We have already taken Ziti's Java SDK and built it into Springboot (https://github.com/openziti/ziti-sdk-jvm/tree/main/ziti-springboot) and have a great blog here, too (https://blogs.oracle.com/javamagazine/post/java-zero-trust-openziti).
If you want to embed in your app rather than use Tunneler on Apple devices you can use the Swift SDK (used under the hood in the tunnelers): https://github.com/openziti/ziti-sdk-swift
