Project mention: How to Build an AI FAQ System with Strapi, LangChain & OpenAI | dev.to | 2024-04-21Strapi provides a centralized data managing platform. This makes it easier to organize, update, and maintain the FAQ data. It also automatically generates a RESTful API for accessing the content stored in its database.
Diversifying a lot. Next acquisition will be Ghost(https://ghost.org/) I bet. Similar DNA, fits in the portfolio (If they are trying to match the feature set of Google) and have no VC backing.

Project mention: Best way to build a modern back end and admin UI. No black magic | news.ycombinator.com | 2024-04-21
Following one of the comments in this thread I reviewed two other products in this space - https://www.staticcms.org/ and https://decapcms.org/ - and it looks like the webpages are almost a direct copy of one another, one in dark mode and one in light mode.
I'm a technical product marketer, and I find these type of landing page copying amusing to no end.

Project mention: How "static" are the Azure storage websites and can a basic CMS be used with it? | /r/AZURE | 2023-07-06Hmm...I just tried https://getcockpit.com/, which looks like a super lightweight CMS and PHP doesn't seem to work.

Project mention: Ask HN: What is new in Algorithms / Data Structures these days? | news.ycombinator.com | 2023-05-10How about some succinct data structures and delta encoding for modern databases [1]. $asset-path has been deprecated. Use $app-css-relative-asset-path instead, which is relative to the app.css that points to the asset folder. As a side effect, the fonts are now loaded from the theme folder instead of the bundle asset folder. This should work out of the box, because all assets of the theme are also copied into the theme folder. (UPGRADE-6.4.md)
These reasons (and many others) are why I decided to create Vrite - an open-source developer content platform.
Yeah, in hindsight, we would have used Next/Vercel. So we're tactically moving over to that. There are many new frameworks, like Astro, that are really exciting, but it seems like Next is the best choice if you have a data-heavy app that has a dynamic mix of SSR and static pages. For Wordpress in particular, I'd recommend that you check out Faust.js. It's build with Next and I'm amazed by how well it works with Wordpress without much effort: https://faustjs.org/
