I used my https://github.com/007revad/Synology_HDD_db script to add them to DSM's compatible drive database and allow creating NVMe storage pool.
Using this function and, if you have a few nodes with "ArozOS" installed, you can easily add all nodes into the Zoraxy WoL table and kick start them one by one remotely.
DSM won't let you create a storage pool on drives in a PCIe adapter card so for the NVMe drives in the E10M20-T1 I used my https://github.com/007revad/Synology_M2_volume script to create the storage pool.

I could make my Synology think the HDDs are SSDs but then I really wouldn't trust it deduplicating my data. I've had deduplication working on my DS1821+ on an NVMe volume.
If you buy an enterprise Synology and want SHR you can use my Synology_RAID-F1_SHR_switch script to enable SHR and disable RAID F1 (or vice versa). https://github.com/007revad/Synology_RAID-F1_SHR_switch
