- how to properly align the seam ? no matter what settings i use i can't get it to stay in lign.

first vase layer (layer 5) is printed twice
You can install the SmartAvionics fork of Cura. It's based on the 4.x versions so no variable line width. I use it for spiralize and for some models that need horizontal hole expansion but that have cross holes which are a problem for UM Cura.
- How to achieve this kind of texture?

Model feature (etc.) for seam position control?
Hi, I work on a Cura variant that can provide an "exact" seam (among many other useful features). If you want to give it a go, take a look at https://github.com/smartavionics/Cura/releases. To get the exact seam, you need to specify the z-seam alignment as User Specified and the Seam Corner Preference to be None. You can install my Cura alongside the UM releases, it won't affect them.
- Which version of Cura do you use?
- [Cura 5.1.0] Can't get a proper seam line with a cylindrical object

Cura uses Top/Bottom lines instead of inner walls
The other option would be to try a different build of Cura. SmartAvionics' builds handle that gap fill far better than the mainstream builds and are still based on Cura 4.

You can do some really cool things with slicer settings…
I downloaded the smartavionics fork of Cura to get the Honeycomb infill pattern, set infill to 25%, and then added OP's bowl stl into Cura twice. The second one I scaled to 95% x/y (100% z), centered, set to "Modify settings for overlaps" -> Cutting mesh, and customized "Wall Line Count: 0, Top Layers: 0, Bottom Layers: 0, Connect Infill Lines: false".

Is it possible to get a honeycomb infill pattern?
It is not implemented in Ultimaker Cura, but there is a fork that reportedly has it: https://github.com/smartavionics/Cura/releases/tag/20201121
