I'd suggest looking at stake.tax. They are open source and already have completed what you are trying to create. A user from this community actually submitted the PR for the Algo segment of the tool. https://github.com/hodgerpodger/staketaxcsv

I've built on top of https://github.com/hodgerpodger/staketaxcsv which is an awesome tool to get a CSV file off the address for several blockchains. Just pass the script the address and the format of the CSV and then you can import it to the corresponding crypto tax software, e.g. Koinly, Cointracking, Accointing, etc. The frontend website is https://stake.tax/. Kudos to the author for making it open source!
