Awesome! For the Gen 3 Events I recommend NDS Mystery Gift Tool. You can run it on your R4 and inject Event Wondercards straight to your game cartridges. For example, for Ruby you can inject the Eon Ticket.

Flashcart setup is pretty much just copying files to the right place on an SD card. Getting the events unlocked on your game is a simple as downloading this app and copying the NDSEventTool.nds file from that .zip to your flashcart's SD card then loading the app and selecting which ones you want.
