try the other modes, try mods that you don't usually play with, play multi, play edited versions of maps (using osutrainer), or just take a break if you feel burnt out and do sum else

Do long stream practice maps actually help with stamina
Here are a few maps that I used with osu!trainer for stamina:

I've hit a wall
Importantly, slowing down a fast song or speeding up a slow song to be just slightly outside of your comfort level, then aiming for a good accuracy such as 98% will help you build up speed and reading skills. FnF engines doesn't have a convenient way to do this, but osu!mania can if you install Osu Trainer (otherwise you're only stuck with half and double time).

Hi i’m a bit new to the game i’m currently ranked 65k and i want to be able to stream and finger control 220+ bpm. What maps are good to practice with?
https://github.com/FunOrange/osu-trainer you can also speed up maps you already have and enjoy them in a whole new way with this :)

500k question
idk about the speed part but ye it's normal to not be able to do streams. to fix it in general i think you've just got to play slower stuff, to get used to not being as reactive. if you only care about it with cycle hit in particular, here's a helpful tool for you: https://github.com/FunOrange/osu-trainer
- an 6 digits all in one osu guide by a 6 digit
