  Depending on how complicated your passwords usually are and how many GPUs you have access to, you might be able to brute force it using hashcat or johntheripper, I think btcrecover might be able to crack electrum wallet passwords as well. I also see someone supposedly wrote a python script here. None of these are going to have a simple guide, it's going to rely on you doing the work to get familiar with the tools, or paying someone who already has the knowledge to do it for you.

  First you calculate the public key. Then you hash that twice with sha256 and ripemd, prefix some bytes and add a checksum. Then convert it to base 58. IF you want some simplistic python code for these steps check out this ancient util I wrote.

  Looks like you mean it's hex encoded. You'd have to convert it to WIF format. There are utilities around that can do that. I wrote a python script many years ago. You can also use bitaddress.org, but it should only be done offline (not connected to net) for safety.
