  This is my first medium-sized C++ project that I am working on. It was assigned to me with starter code by my friend/comp sci mentor who is an aspiring young programmer that will incorporate this app into a larger tool he will use for testing out his own unit tests. It is a CLI mutation software app. It has 4 commands of which I have mostly finished the first and main command which is the mutate command itself.

  I just now am starting to write this README for the project as a rough draft of things that need to be conveyed, as I imagine what I am putting here is part of what needs to be done. I am less than halfway through describing all that the mutate command does here. This is why I wanted to ask someone, does it look ok how I have started this?

  Just in case, wanted to mention that I changed the link from below to a new repo here and made the older one private. I seem to easily create disasters when trying to modify my .gitignore and I accidentally made a lot of internal stuff visible I did not want everyone seeing so I just decided to create a new public repo and save the old one as private :). Not saying you have to look at it haha, just that if you were looking at it or were going to, that is what is up.
