With D9, what's the best approach to add a JS file that lacks Composer management?
I'm planning on using a JS file for a D9 project. It's the jQuery.BgSwitcher (found here). There doesn't appear to be any obvious Composer endpoint to pull from, but since it's Git-based, does a way exist to use Composer anyway? Otherwise, if not, can I just download and add the file into my libraries folder? Or should I add it into a custom module location?
