Improved Town Layouts now includes subtropic houses!
I've been hard at work recently adding subtropic houses to my NewGRF Improved Town Layouts. I rewrote the placement rules to calculate land value based on a variety of factors, and if this is successful will eventually redo the temperate ITL houses to match.
