  If I'm not mistaken, the easiest distro to do passthrough on is Arch, but unless you have specific games that you know won't work and really care about, I wouldn't go that route since it can be pretty complicated. If you really want that route, you're gonna need to use libvirt and KVM. Check out virtmanager (a front end for it) to get started. Here's a guide I found that looks promising, though I haven't tried it. I'd urge you not to do this unless you need to.
