Textual Inversion without the Training?
"Blonde man with blue eyes" is a simple string of tokens, not an embedding. Embedding is a completely new and very complex token that uses existing tokens to define a new person, new concept etc through the training. And to train the face of the hypothetical John Doe, it requires way more tokens than just blonde, man, blue, eyes, many of them seemingly completely unrelated to men or human in general. That said, there is an extension that does what I think you are asking for - https://github.com/tkalayci71/embedding-inspector . Allows you to mix existing tokens to create a completely new token that you can name as you wish and will represent the concept you need. But again, this method is way simpler than training an embedding.
There are a couple extensions that might help you do this. https://github.com/klimaleksus/stable-diffusion-webui-embedding-merge and https://github.com/tkalayci71/embedding-inspector

How to "hide" Negative Prompts?
The elegant way would be create an embedding with all those nasty words, you can do it with https://github.com/tkalayci71/embedding-inspector

Combining two (or more) textual inversions
I believe Embedding inspector is the one to look for. Let's you merge embeddings in various ways, as well as tokenize a prompt and play with the built in embeddings.

Anyone know how to make my Extra network not shifted to the side like this, instead of being below the subfolder buttons to change between categories?
I'm on a Mac, and {embedding inspector}(https://github.com/tkalayci71/embedding-inspector) breaks *Batch size, giving me multiple copies of the same image instead of variations.

How does prompt weighing work with bigrams (two words)
Having said all that, there is a way you might be able to work around it, if it's compatible with the pipeline you're using. Possibly, anyway. See 'Concat mode' mentioned on the Embedding Inspector plugin for Automatic1111. It might be possible for you to turn bigrams and trigrams into single token words. It might help.
