    2/ Regarding the step in which validators perform data source execution; as Band Protocol provide executor runtime on cloud, it does likely happen on cloud infrastructure. In fact, the code is all here https://github.com/bandprotocol/data-source-runtime. This is just one way to setup data source execution. It is then up to validators how/on what premise they choose to execute, and what goes on with each Validator is beyond Band's control i.e. decentralized. Running on cloud infra is therefore not synonymous to saying that one party controls execution step.
