I would expect you should be able to contact ED support about that. In the meantime though you might want to try the A-4 mod.

Getting into DCS

Another great free plane is the A-4, which does have a clickable cockpit! Not much single-player content for it yet, though.reddit.com/r/hoggit | 2021-03-22
I used to agree with that, but now I would actually recommend starting with the free A-4E Mod: https://github.com/heclak/community-a4e-c/releases/tag/v2.0.0-beta-2
A-4 Mod Installed but Won't Load in

Sorry that was added to the faq after the last beta release. It is a beta after all. If you could submit an issue https://github.com/heclak/community-a4e-c/issues that would remind us for the future. Thanks.

A-4 can be downloaded here, keep in mind that it's still a beta so if you find any bugs be sure to let them know
DCS FUN when you don't have much money.

I've spent a umm, LOT, on modules and terrains during the last two sales, but I was feeling for those of you who don't have money to spend. I just realized that I've had the most fun recently with something that a lot of you guys know about that have been around, but for someone new, it's not advertised as much. The A4EC Skyhawk mod, which costs $0. FREE. It's a fully clickable cockpit aircraft with the ability to carry (more importantly employ) an incredible number of bombs, cluster munitions, rockets and it has gun pods and even NAPALM. I got into it when I stumbled on a channel on YouTube by Iain Christie (Iain's Channel). His stuff is so good that the A4EC project now includes a couple of modified versions of his missions in "Instant Action". (BTW, I don't know him and have no connection at all with him) I only mention all this because if you DON'T HAVE MONEY (yet) to get into DCS and you want more than the 2 included modules which are pretty limited, then this is the way to go. You can do real missions in a real jet in a clickable cockpit and if you are willing to try the 2.0.0 beta version, it has a great advanced flight model and lots of new bells and whistles. I would say you do need to buy a joystick at the minimum, but that would be it to have a real blast in DCS. If you are reading this reddit and watching DCS YouTube wondering how it would be to try, in my opinion here's a no brainer way to give it a shot. Have fun!
