    You can use a .gitignore file to tell Git to ignore all of those assembly files. There are many premade ones which you can search, for instance I found this one for Visual Studio and this one for Blazor. You should be able to put these in your got repo’s top directory and all future files with any of the file types listed in the .gitignore should be ignored by git. You can combine, add, and remove file types and even specify certain directories to ignore (I think). However, it will not remove the files being tracked already I believe so those will have to be removed from the repo manually.
