XAML Blending Issue, Help needed, the colour behind the image is bleeding onto my blurred image.
Maybe try loading the bitmap programmatically, and use a library (e.g., WriteableBitmapEx) to blur it into a new bitmap in memory that uses a different blurring algorithm, then assign that new bitmap to the Image control.
