I'd say MultiMC Cracked (or UltimMC, link here: https://github.com/AfoninZ/UltimMC It is open source, and I really like the multiple instance management thing and GUI of the launcher.

As many people here have pointed out, Tlauncher is spyware. I suggest you try SKLauncher (a cracked launcher with similar features to Tlauncher) or UltimMC (a cracked version of MultiMC, much better for modding).

I don't have much experience with this one since it is rather new to me, however some state this to be the new best cracked launcher.
