Looking for a bot that applies a role based on the invite link used.
Definitely would be easier to find someone else's bot to do it for you, however if you would like to do it yourself here is a cog for redbot that gives mod logs, it's written in discord.py (python), it has a feature that shows who invited who to the server, I'm sure you could cut and paste a lot of code from it if you know python. https://github.com/TrustyJAID/Trusty-cogs/tree/master/extendedmodlog

RedBot - Sign up to a created event with reactions and show participants?
I found a cog by https://github.com/TrustyJAID/Trusty-cogs named "Eventposter" that works great. Very easy to use and to set up a new event by just typing a few words. Also very cool feature where you set one standard channel for the events to show up and one (private) channel for approval which means anyone on the server can ask to create one. Although I'd like some more options for example adding a more detailed description for the event
