  • [HELP] Cannot get passed "Waiting for DSMOS" - Tried VirtualSMC + Lilu and FakeSMC, Tried both OpenCore and Clover

Hey everyone. It's been a while since I last attempted to Hackintosh. I'm using a Surface Pro 6 with the i5-8350U and Intel UHD Graphics 620 iGPU and am attempting to install macOS Big Sur 11.5.2. I've tried this EFI and also this EFI with no luck. I also followed the OpenCore install guide here, and I've tried to use clover also (which gets stuck at the line of plus symbols). AFAIK this is an issue with the SMC kext, so as I mentioned in the title I've tried VirtualSMC + Lilu with OpenCore, and also FakeSMC with OpenCore. I've tried to look up the issue but have yet to find anything that works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
