Everything you know about bedrock only servers?
My memory is a bit hazy, but as far I know they use (or had used?) a private fork of ProtocolSupport that had Minecraft Bedrock support. They hired the lead developer to maintain it. This was before Geyser existed.

ProtocolSupport Beta 1.7.3 Version Jar
So, i didnt knew this but theres working(as RK_01(The creator of ViaVersion) said) beta 1.7.3 ProtocolSupport plugin for 1.15.2 servers. So, i cant test it because i cant compile it!
