ProtocolSupport VS Paper

My memory is a bit hazy, but as far I know they use (or had used?) a private fork of ProtocolSupport that had Minecraft Bedrock support. They hired the lead developer to maintain it. This was before Geyser existed.

So, i didnt knew this but theres working(as RK_01(The creator of ViaVersion) said) beta 1.7.3 ProtocolSupport plugin for 1.15.2 servers. So, i cant test it because i cant compile it! It just gives me a bunch of errors! if somebody can please compile this https://github.com/ProtocolSupport/ProtocolSupport/tree/beta_1_7_3 and send in the comments

We will be downloading the Minecraft server files into this directory. To preface, there are numerous variations of server JARs that can be used (e.g. Spigot, Paper, Purpur each touting their own benefits).
