Playing around with LTCGI,
Been adding LTCGI https://ltcgi.dev/ To the ProTv Video player in world. then using Mochies shader for In world ,https://github.com/MochiesCode/Mochies-Unity-Shaders and Poi for Avatar shaders you can get some very interesting lighting effects. Not quest Compatible.

lighting always looks flat in vrchat worlds, but not in the menu or in unity
Its the material properties displaying different in the UI, it happens with standard shaders a lot. If you uploaded it yourself you could try a different shader like poiyomi's or mochi's to get more consistent results.
