https://github.com/StormingMoose/ESP-Riders uses an esp32, a sg90, a l9110s, a motor and some meccano, controller is a browser in a cell-phone, a tablet or what have you. Speed will be determined by your battery, motor and wheel size. A two outlet power block is ideal.
