EEex mod has a "Scale interface" module that lets you do it incrementally. It is kinda complicated to set up though. Bubb's EEex mod. There are technically 3 timers, but I only chose one - the one that shows rounds. There's also one for modal actions like Find Traps or Turn Undead and the third one for contingencies.

How to progress the story in SOA? New to Baldur's gates.
Did you make your flail +3 thing on main floor? Starting with SoD, you start running into these creatures with some very specific immunities and buffs unless you look them up you would have no idea why you are getting your asses handed. This is why I suggest you get this at the very least, https://github.com/Bubb13/EEex. If you hit shift on anyone, you see list of spells active. Better yet use this like you own Beastiary: https://github.com/tapahob/BG2RadarOverlay, when you wonder why you cannot damage something or someone.
