Train on Google Colab and use ONNX for generation. I suggest https://github.com/Amblyopius/AMD-Stable-Diffusion-ONNX-FP16 for the ONNX part, you just need an additional step to go from ckpt to diffusers (available in diffusers GitHub) and can then locally convert your model to ONNX and create images.
