  • I'm seeking advice and input from people who've used TrackIR and/or TrackHat clips, as I'm considering upgrading from my current head-tracking solution, which is an Aruco marker on a baseball cap brim being picked up by a basic, 30fps webcam, and getting sent through OpenTrack. to the game. It has some problems I'm hoping to overcome, even though as a nearly no-cost way to do headtracking, it's great. (Basic info is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajoUzwe1bT0 and here: https://github.com/opentrack/opentrack/wiki/Aruco-tracker ). I just don't want to spend $150.00 only to find I'm having the same issues.
