Stability-AI is the official group/company that makes stable diffusion, so the current latest official release is here. This is the repo for Stable Diffusion V2.0. This is the absolute most official, bare bones, basic code/model for Stable Diffusion.
Aside from those, there's also InvokeAI which is also safe and has many features too.
