  • focalboard

Focalboard is an open source, self-hosted alternative to Trello, Notion, and Asana.

  • I think Nextcloud might be best for a "single" solution, but here are two (possibly somewhat strange) suggestions: * Mealie is a recipe manager and meal planner, so it has tasks and "events" (meals) but not a traditional calendar * Focalboard using a calendar view

  • grocy

ERP beyond your fridge - Grocy is a web-based self-hosted groceries & household management solution for your home

  • I woud add Grocy

  • kitchenowl

KitchenOwl is a self-hosted grocery list and recipe manager. The backend is made with Flask and the frontend with Flutter. Easily add items to your shopping list before you go shopping. You can also create recipes and add items based on what you want to cook.

  • No calendar but kitchenowl is amazing. You can probably also ask for a calendar by creating an issue.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
