Not all of them are on the App Store - VLC is also not on there and like IINA you'll have to download them from their websites. I've tried a bunch of them and have been using VLC for the longest time, and only recently tried out IINA after seeing someone post on Reddit. Have a look at IINA on https://iina.io/
