grocy
ERP beyond your fridge - Grocy is a web-based self-hosted groceries & household management solution for your home
Whatever CalDAV type calendar you go with (NextCloud and Radicale have been suggested here, Sabre/DAV, DAViCal and Baikal are other options), in case you need to sync calendars to it, you might want to look at vdirsyncer. This way, everyone can keep using his favorite app and you can still gather everything in once central place and have it all synced. Or you get everyone to set up DAVx5.
As for web UIs: I haven't found a good one for contacts, but for calendars there is AgenDAV and Bloben. And of course NextCloud comes with its own UI which is decent.

For chores / tasks I'd recommend looking into grocy. It integrates nicely into home assistant, so you can make automations to remind you of the chores etc.

You can additionally install barcode buddy on a raspberry pi with an attached bluetooth barcode scanner to track the chores, by just scanning a custom barcode. In my experience it's the easiest and fastest way, aside from dedicated buttons, which would cost too much.
