I recommend you use Papirus as the base for the structure if you are not overwhelmed by its. index.theme file. If you are just use MoreAdwaita's and just use Papirus for the names of the things you want. Then download icon themes you are just interested in the icons like Adwaita Plus, Colloid, etc.
Download an icon theme such as Papirus, Adwaita Plus, any other you fancy to be used as a base layout for the folder structure.
NOTE:
