Other than that you could go more game engine that can export to web, these are very web centric engines, that have 2d and some 3d capabilities. Other than that there is also Godot which has a web export, and does have 2D elements, but does not really have vector graphics capabilities yet, but can do various raster and other game mechanics: Godot: https://godotengine.org/
