If it has an ESP chip, it probably won't OTA with https://github.com/ct-Open-Source/tuya-convert since that doesn't work on recent Tuya firmware, hence the blakadder page showing manual flashing.
If it has a BK chip, cloudcutter may work. But it requires explicit device support and I don't see any double switches or DS-123 in https://github.com/tuya-cloudcutter/tuya-cloudcutter/tree/main/device-profiles so you might have to do manual flashing there too.
