This tutorial is about training a model on your own face, giving you an embedding which can be invoked to put your own appearance on things, but the steps are the same for other subjects (and only one small difference to train a style instead of a subject). The official documentation on textual inversion linked in there is also a helpful resource and covers some things the tutorial doesn't.
SimSwap is another option. It can swap specific faces or all faces within a photo or video. It can take a while to setup (~20 to 30 minutes), but it's not overly complicated.
