Decided to try the first game. Lost all of my soldiers on the first turn of my first terror mission. I'm having a great time.

  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • OpenXcom

    Open-source clone of the original X-Com 👽

  • Step two: Download and play OpenXcom. The original game came out in 1994, and was not built for modern operating systems. OpenXcom is an open-source remake of the original game that handles a lot of the issues brought on by a 28-year age, like screen resolution, as well as fixing a ton of the bugs of the original game. It also has mod support, which includes everything from minor tweaks and improvements to full-fledged overhaul mods (like Rosigma, a Warhammer 40k mod that I highly recommend).

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
