From my POV we've got this work in progress list - in terms of "fixing it" - i will eventually hit a brick wall - but alot of them, i can ask the community what they want to do (after investigating fully). As for keeping tabs on whats happening (e.g. not allowing XMRsale to go AWOL for 5 months) I have to make contact with them all / be active mon-sun. The person who was overdue payment was Koe, all i did was ask 'is everything ok' - and i poked people for him and got it done.
Remember when the armv7 binaries on the getmonero downloads page where broken because of a tiny error in one of the filenames, and it caused a lot of headaches for projects like PiNodeXMR? BinaryFate said our CI checks didn't catch it (these are automated scripts on GitHub that show a green tick if everything is OK). I then submitted a pull request to monero-site that night, to prevent this from happening ever again here. so not only can i copy and paste files, i can also check if they end in ".exe" or not.
Now if i may just touch on the 'fix timestamps thing' - i contacted one of our community developers (as i was reviewing some monero-gui things) and asked him 'is there anyway i can make your life easier?' - long story short, they don't spend time doing mundane tasks for release - literally click a button, and windows zip/exe and Linux .tar.bz2 pop out on the other end with reproducible hashes. and, for the first time ever? the InnoSetup installer is reproducible thanks to myself here
