i’m not an expert but to play roms, you download twilight menu ++. it’s a very easy process. follow the steps from here. once downloaded, insert your SD card into your computer and copy/move your pokémon rom hack and save file (if you want) into their designed folders (romsnds (place rom hack)save files (place save file)). if you follow these steps you’ll be able to play any rom hack you want, which is how i play pokémon blaze black on my 3ds! 😊
