Unfortunately the lack of reviews is currently one of the biggest issues of OpenStreetMap. OpenPlaceReviews was basically killed because of the terrible decision of blockchain integration. Mangrove.reviews could be nice, but it isn't integrated in any app yet. I think Mapy.cz only has reviews in some regions. I hope Organic Maps integrates some form of reviews. If you want maps use Organic Maps and/or OsmAnd on your phone or Qwant Maps on the web. None of these have reviews really except for Qwants sponsored results from tripadvisor if you search for hotels or restaurants.
And then there's MangroveReviews with a similar intention, that MapComplete uses in some of their themes.
