Qwant has IMO a better and faster map renderer and also does routing. They are a "privacy by design" company. They also use Openstreetmap data with all the pros and cons that has.
Openstreetmap has fast route calculation. You can choose different routing algorithms (OSRM and Graphhopper). I don't know which one is better. I'd check with a few test routes against google maps.
Osmand routing is painfully slow for longer routes. I recently discovered Organic Maps which is also open source. I didn't really test it yet. It has a far faster map renderer, but routing didn't seem that much faster to me.
