Yeah, the Pwnagotchi is going to keep trying to collect handshakes even if it already has one for that specific AP. I wrote a proof-of-concept plugin to make the Pwnagotchi stop performing WPA attacks and authenticate to your home network when the home network is detected. Still needs polishing before I push it to the main plugins repo but if you wanna check it out, it does work reliably - Github link
This is what I have learned diving in a little deeper on the configuration. If you look at the defaults.toml you can learn a lot about what is possible to configure https://github.com/evilsocket/pwnagotchi/blob/master/pwnagotchi/defaults.toml
in lined 5-7: main.custom_plugin_repos = [ "https://github.com/evilsocket/pwnagotchi-plugins-contrib/archive/master.zip" ] the plugin repos configuration is an array so adding more is trivial and thanks to github magic, all plugin repos formatted like the main one can also be added and you can source the plugins from those repos using the internal plugin management commands.
So adding to your config something like: main.custom_plugin_repos = [ "https://github.com/evilsocket/pwnagotchi-plugins-contrib/archive/master.zip", "https://github.com/dadav/pwnagotchi-custom-plugins/archive/master.zip", "https://github.com/daddy-makes-stuff-and-things/pwnagotchi_plugins/archive/master.zip" ] After run sudo pwnagotchi plugins update
