Nutrient – The #1 PDF SDK Library, trusted by 10K+ developers
Other PDF SDKs promise a lot - then break. Laggy scrolling, poor mobile UX, tons of bugs, and lack of support cost you endless frustrations. Nutrient’s SDK handles billion-page workloads - so you don’t have to debug PDFs. Used by ~1 billion end users in more than 150 different countries.

  1. fvtt-syrin-control

Syrinscape Online Control plugin for FoundryVTT

There also is a syrinscape module but it only controls the sounds-- it does not stream the audio so players (and gm) still need to connect to the syrinscape session https://github.com/frondeus/fvtt-syrin-control

  3. discord-overlay

This overlay host is to provide a desktop overlay for when you're playing games in the browser and still want to see who's talking (such as TTRPGs on FoundryVTT or Roll20).

  4. discord-audio-pipe

Route computer audio into a discord bot

If you want to use sounds on your PC and prefer to use Discord, there is a software/bot called Discord Audio Pipe. There are a few Youtube videos explaining how to set it up as well, and it works well in my tests. I think it'll work better on a boosted Discord server, to improve the quality. I hope that helps!
