I use the obs-vkcapture plugin which is essentially the Game Capture option available on Windows ported over to Linux. It is prepatched into GloriousEggroll's Nobara distro and also available distro-wide on Flatpak. It is a much more efficient capture method than Window Capture and makes it to where I don't have to alt-tab to record every single game, it captures any fullscreen app.
